Please note that the following surcharge applies for 1 night stays on Friday & Saturday nights:

• Queen/King room $25
• 1 or 2 bedroom apartment  - $35
• 3 bedroom apartment -  $50

To split a King bed into two long single beds - $30

All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

Pets are not allowed.

CONFIRMED BOOKINGS

A booking is not guaranteed, unless it has been confirmed by a valid credit card, the payment of one night’s accommodation, or a purchase order or chargeback on company letterhead.  An unconfirmed booking will be held for 48 hours only.

A 3.5% surcharge applies to payment by AMEX and Diners cards.

The Chermside Apartments reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards on check in if necessary.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of extenuating circumstances, we are very happy to re-schedule your booking. A cancellation fee of $50 will apply to any cancellation. One night's accommodation will be charged to any booking cancelled within 72 hours of arrival time. Any cancellation fee will automatically be charged to the credit card provided, or deducted from the reservation deposit.
